SHIPPING INFORMATION
Same day shipping – every effort will be made to ship all orders, placed before 1 PM Pacific Time, the same day. Most in-stock items are shipped via ground service and will arrive in three to five working days. However, because of the pandemic situation, there is no guarantee for orders via free ground USPS shipping that it will arrive on time. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available. A street address and daytime phone number are required when ordering. Ground service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories and will incur an additional charge for air shipment. NO SHIPMENT TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MINERAL ESSENCE. CALL US AT 1.800.715.1006 TO DISCUSS AND OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT.
Next Business Day Delivery and Express delivery is available for an additional charge on any in-stock item, to the 48 Continental States. Orders must be placed before 12 noon, Pacific Time. Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays. Next Business Day and Express shipping are not available for large and/or heavy items.
PAYMENT
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards are accepted. When paying by credit card, please have the billing address and Credit Card Security Code ready when placing an order. Second party checks/credit cards are not accepted. Add applicable sales tax of 9.25% on all orders delivered to a California address. Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be on file with us to waive sales tax on retail items only. Please allow up to 7 business days for checks to clear before the order is shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.800.715.1006 to discuss with our Account Executive.
If an incorrect order is received, there is a shortage or missing items, damaged or defective products including damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. A CRA (Customer Return Authorization) number must be obtained for all items that have been received and products will be exchanged or credits are issued after the merchandise is received and processed at our corporate warehouse

Returns after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Mineral Essence. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All makeup, skin care products, and other consumables must be in the original packaging and unopened to be returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special orders or custom orders are not returnable.
We do not accept COD’s for returned merchandise. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process any refunds. If you paid by check or credit card, your refund payment will be of the same tender. A credit will only be issued to the same credit card used for purchase.
